I have used PACE for projects from start till end and think this is the only software a team needs if they need to provide application packaging or Application Management in a big organisation.

The Application capturing process and document generation is amazing and detailed. The best thing for time saving and generating accurate data.

Cons:

Sometime i feel there are options which could be linked from the same screen instead of going to a separate window

The top features that I liked most in this tool are:-1. Automated routine tasks and processes which save a lot of our time.2. Helpful in the synchronization of IT processes and overall IT Management.3. It has Improved our IT management and helped us with cost-cutting.

Cons:

Below are the things that I did not like.1. Frequent updates create a little bit of difficulty while using it.2. Sometimes it gets failed while working, without showing any reason for the error.
