I was looking for a way to create quality content for my website and social media accounts without having to spend the time and effort it takes to create unique content for each post. I came across CrawlQ and was intrigued because I knew this was something that could really help me scale up my content marketing efforts in a matter of minutes. They have a fast, easy to use tool that will create fresh, engaging content in a matter of seconds. The original, personalized content they wrote for my business has skyrocketed my website traffic.

Best Tool for Content creation like no other (I know it's over words, but they live up to it)

We write a lot of blogs for our clients. The challenge was time research time, writing the content and rewriting it based on feedback. Now, my writers use CrawlQ for research and get the basic blog written for inspiration. It is saving a lot of time and the quality of output has increased drastically.

There are tons of AI Writing tools out there. Most of them write content based on billions of generic scrolling. Once you create the persona, you get exclusive content as if it was written by a human. Content is well researched, niche-specific, clean, and meaningful. This is what makes CrawlQ different from others.

Cons:

The initial setup is a little time consuming and boring. But that's the reality, it has to be done even for human writing...

Cons:

Amazing content writing tool. One of a kind, puts all the others to shame.

This tool is amazing. It helps you create highly targeted content that speaks directly to your target market. While other content writing tools churn out a lot of poor quality writing, much of it plagiarised. CrawlQ content is 100% unique and focussed around your target customer. This is the tool that I had dream of but thought I would never find. It has been built using copywriting frameworks from the best copywriters including [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and more. It can produce blog posts, video sales letters, sales pages, emails, social media posts, and all use your customer research as a filter so they are highly targeted. Simply fantastic.

Cons:

The main problem people seem to have is they feel overwhelmed and confused when inputting the target customer research. That's really not a problem though because there is a course on sellonautopilot.com that makes the setup really simple and easy to understand.

Reasons for switching to CrawlQ

The content writing output was of poor quality. They don't write conversion content that is highly optimised and targeted for target customers. They are basically just writers for top of funnel content to attract visitors but they don't write copy optimised to covert visitors to customers.

Very interesting concept and product, but takes a lot of time

I do find the idea of this tool very interesting, but the implementation of it is just too cumbersome for me because it takes a lot of initial time investment to get the best results out of it. I think of AI tools as something that should be fast and time saving. Nothing very quick about this tool since it requires that initial time investment to get your tailored output from the AI. Especially as someone who has already done the market research and developed my audience Persona, it feels too redundant for me to have to fill out these questions again. If you’re someone who is still in the process of establishing your niche and audience, then this might be a great tool to go through that process with. But if you’re expecting a tool where you can just fire it up and get some quick results to use incorporate into your content writing or marketing copy, this isn’t the tool for you.

CrawlQ has taken an interesting approach to AI writing. Rather than focusing on just generating output from a given input like most other AI tools, its main purpose is to help you write for your audience by developing your target audience persona and niche. So if you have not yet done this step for your business, this tool may be a good one to take you through the process of getting one down and then helping you write target copy with the generated output from the AI.

Cons:

Unfortunately to get the best results out of this tool, you have to spend a LOT of time answering questions. Some of the documents require even more questions to be answered, and I’m not talking about 5 to 10 questions.. there are 150 questions on some of them. You CAN use the AI to help you fill in the answers to these questions but it is very time consuming still, so it’s definitely NOT for someone who wants quick AI written outputs fast.

Impressive Advancements for AI Content Creation

Unlike other AI content creation software that pull information from a headline or sentence, CrawlQ is one of those that actually takes all of that + considers all the factors from your buyer persona when created during the market research phase, which makes the content highly targeted. It's been very impressive so far, but I hope the steps involved and training becomes more user friendly in the future.

For someone unfamiliar with the many marketing frameworks and schools of thought, CrawIq can provide a guided process which will let you take advantage of AI to get insights about your customers. Even if you are an expert and know all about this topics, the platform will provide a workspace where you can keep all the important information about niches for your product or service. Another positive is that the platform keeps evolving.

Cons:

The platform has a steep learning curve. AI features have been helpful to fill in the blanks for you but then you have to keep tabs of credits used for this, so it can be overwhelming.
