Pros:

Representative in support are the best part of Autox . They takes care of any problems right away. I have used rey rey, auto manager and dealer track. for the buck this is the best.

Cons:

AR left. Hours could be better for support. Nice that I am able to call representative though.

Pros:

I love how easy this platform is, compared to other platforms this is by far the most simple. I highly recommend this if you’re not tech savvy.

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing to say, it’s literally my only way for almost 10 years.

Pros:

Ease of use, software is very easy to navigate

Cons:

No leasing module is available and there isn't a way (according to tech support) to automatically add in late fees in the BHPH accounts rec. area.

autoxplorer is what helped me while learning and growing my new company! The Rep was there from day 1 to teach me, their system is easy to use & so helpful.

Cons:

Could be updated a bit...system is a bit outdated

AutoXplorer does everything I need it to do for my auto dealership

Cons:

I'm happy with the program, there has not been any issues, I'd only note that when Windows updates there is often a problem with my printers resetting

it does not do reminder for payment due for in house financing or pick up payments.
