Pros:

Insia gives us the ability to slice and dice data as required and that too instantly. This makes data available to all decision makers and helps us make data driven decisions. 100 x better than relying on preset reports which makes digging deep a challenge and time consuming. Also like the ability to set up alerts if any kpi is not performing as defined. Very easy to use and also integrates data from Google sheets :)

Cons:

It takes some time to understand the setup especially if one is not from a analytics background. But the team is super responsive to all queries.

Great tool for analysis and transformation

Overall, INSIA has helped in freeing up IT resources and has enabled more data-driven decision-making that positively impacts our bottom line. INSIA is a must-have analytics solution for any manufacturing organization.

Pros:

As a manufacturer, having visibility across our inventory levels, supply chain operations, and production metrics is essential. On the inventory front, INSIA's visualizations and drill-down capabilities allow us to easily monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and optimize procurement and anticipate stock out. We were also able to analyze throughput, quality control, downtime, and more using their search bar.

Cons:

The varieties of connectors available out of the box is limited

It has been a great experience, especially the ease in which the databases can be linked to the platform, the automatic generation KPIs, following simple steps in which one can create their own KPIs, use of the search feature which helps in generating reports in several options of visual charts and graphs and also in table format.

The search feature. It provides the user the ability to search for required data reports/analysis within seconds based on the self created or automated KPIs.

Cons:

The user friendliness was the factor that I didn't like so much of the platform. However, after the self-help guide and online support system has been upgraded, it is no longer my least liked feature of this software.

Pros:

We are into F&B business with our own website to sell our products. We extensively use Facebook, Google Analytics, FB Ads, Google Ads and Instagram to promote our products, engage with users and run ads. It was very easy to connect with the platform. Search is very intutive. Very easy to create ad-hoc reports. i360 is an excellent feature to get detailed analysis on any performance deviation.

Cons:

Advanced analysis is missing. Also, will need options to do data transformation.
