Pros:

There are many data warehouse companies out there. There are many with dashboards etc. But what sets Integration Fox apart is their excellent customer service. They use a simple ticketing system, are quick to respond and PICK UP THE PHONE when I call! I can't complain about that at all. On top of all that, they keep our Hubspot-Netsuite integration in sync and have managed to simplify the complex whenever I have asked how it works :)

Cons:

There's not much to dislike - they have only improved in time. If there is anything I "liked least," it would be that it seems their team is small, and sometimes that has caused minor delays due to other ongoing projects - but that often comes down to impatience on my behalf.

Integration Fox is an incredible investment. With comprehensive historical tracking of synced fields and properties, round-the-clock monitoring for troubleshooting, and automatic data storage updates in case of system downtime, it offers a safe and seamless experience. We absolutely love it!

The team at Integration Fox first and foremost handled my project like it was their number one priority. Support was amazing from day and a year later continues to be.Integrating our project management software, CRM, payroll etc etc etc was something we wanted to do for a lifetime. We tried off the shelf solutions but they didn't cut the mustard.The IF team basically had us up and running within a day. Something that had been causing us headaches for months.

Cons:

Nothing that I have came across to date.

Fox supported us the whole way. Deep knowledge of our system and own the integration outcome. Super powerful for us!

Cons:

The Fox platform is pretty powerful. So it took a little while for us to get to grip with the decision we needed to make on our data structure for ETL and which system would master the data objects.
