Exchange Reporter Plus is a one-stop solution for all Exchange reporting, change auditing, monitoring, and mailbox content search needs.

The solution supports Exchange Servers 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019; Exchange Online; and Skype for Business Lync Server 2013, Skype for Business Server 2015, and Skype for Business Server 2018. This software provides intuitive reports on various aspects of Exchange including mailbox size, incoming or outgoing traffic, OWA, ActiveSync, storage, public folders, and distribution lists. Users can create custom reports and schedule all reports to be auto-generated and emailed to the stakeholders at specific intervals. The reports can be exported in four formats: HTML, CSV, XLS, and PDF.

With this software, users can audit even granular Exchange Server and Exchange Online changes and configure alerts so they are instantly notified about major changes. Admin, delegate, owner and non-owner activities can be tracked. This tool helps users keep a close watch on the health of servers and services 24x7.

Pros:

The analytics of our Exchange environment. The product shows you compliancy, users with auto-forwards, user rights on other mailboxes and so on.

Cons:

It takes some time to set it up, with right permissions (on every mailbox) and data gathering. If data is not gathered, it cannot be reported about.

Pros:

The best part of the software is the ease of implementation of the software and useful range of reports available to us. It has saved us so much time and it is also very user-friendly. Pulling reports is also very quick and efficient. The product is definitely worth the investment! I also want to mention that I am very impressed with the tech support team and their competence and quick response time!

Cons:

It would be ideal if there is a way the system would automatically apply the license to the remaining mailboxes that need to be covered when adding licenses.
