About OPUS

OPUS is a no-code Artificial Intelligence platform, specifically designed and built for Industrial Big Data. It allows users to model processes and equipment to identify opportunities for optimization and predictive maintenance.

With historical and real-time data continual analysis, OPUS provides critical insights for the mitigation of incidents, helping to improve uptime, reduce unplanned failures, increase production and reduce OPEX.

How it works:

  1. Operational data is ingested into the VROC platform, including real-time and historical data, from across the whole platform or site (this is our unique holistic approach)
  2. The VROC platform pre-processes this data, removing any need for data manipulation or time spent seeking permissions to access data.
  3. Users can analyse current data or build AI models to predict and forecast future outcomes. Models are built in minutes, and do not require any programming or coding knowledge or experience.
  4. Models can be deployed straight into the live production environment, meaning there is no resource requirement from IT teams or Data teams.
  5. Operational teams monitor dashboards, obtaining a clear picture on the current conditions as...
 well as predictions for how process and equipment will perform in the future. Based on these insights the teams can prioritise work, intervene early to prevent failures, and plan maintenance activities more accurately. 6. Models automatically update reflecting the live environment, so teams can see if alterations made have change the future predictions. OPUS is built to be used by engineers, subject matter experts and operators.
