The File Folder was clunky in the beginning. But it has since been fixed

Supportive, Simple, and Effective

Easy Board has made my job as secretary for a association a lot easier. I am able to communicate better because of it.

Pros:

I send emails for an association and organizing the groups and users was always a challenge. Easy Board makes it all a lot easier. ;) I have created multiple groups and can focus my emails to the right people in a simple clear way. Its also really easy to train new admins on. The Easy Board staff is very attentive. If an email bounces back, they quickly let me know so I can check in with that user. They also respond quickly to any questions I ask them.

Cons:

Easy Board is good because it has a simple interface, but sometimes I wish it could do little things it doesn't do yet. But in the couple of years we have been using it, they are constantly upgrading, so I feel sure that anything I want will exist soon.

A Great Board Management Tool with Room for Improvement

As an administrator working for an NGO, Easy Board has been a game-changer for our organisation. It has significantly reduced the time spent on meeting preparations and follow-ups. While there’s some room for improvement, especially in mobile usability, I would still highly recommend it to any organisation looking to streamline their board management.

Easy Board has made our board meetings much more organised and efficient. The user-friendly interface and centralised document storage are fantastic, making it simple for our board members to access what they need without hassle. The automatic reminders are also a huge plus, ensuring that everyone stays on track.

Cons:

While the platform is overall very smooth, the mobile experience could be improved. Some board members have mentioned that navigating documents on smaller screens can be a bit tricky. A more optimised mobile app would make it even better.

Pinch and zoom should work pretty well, or rotating the phone to view horizontal should give a little more space to read the content. Pros:

All information in one location and the calendar feature. It's very convenient to be able to click on the meeting on the calendar and be able to access all of the information.

Cons:

Having to go through 2 or 3 steps to add meetings to my calendar. We initially had difficulties with board members using Outlook, but they were resolved.

Easy Board makes organizing meeting documents and invitations much easier. We used to have to upload an entire packet to be a link, but we now do not need to reorganize PDF files.

Cons:

I would like it to be easier to organize meeting documents. Sometimes the organization can be frustrating.
