About SourceHUB

SourceHUB is a packaging software designed to help businesses connect with multiple teams including procurement, marketing and legal to manage supply chain processes. Administrators can utilize the SmartMatch module to add quote details and automatically identify relevant suppliers according to capabilities.

The platform enables managers to define approval workflows and gain insights into real-time order statuses. Stakeholders can view to-do lists and track interactions between manufacturers, distributors and customers on a unified interface. SourceHUB allows cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks to achieve order fulfillment goals. Additionally, supervisors can upload files and search texts across images using the optical character recognition (OCR) feature.

SourceHUB lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications including NetSuite, QuickBooks and Slack. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via chat.

Combining functional excellence with ease of use

Pros:

The SourceHUB product is incredibly easy to use and very self-intuitive. It removes the over reliance on excel spreadsheets. The fact that it is focusses solely on packaging means that it covers a lot of requirements that are NOT available in more generic industry solutions.

Cons:

Like any software product, there is always room for improvement, but there is nothing specific that stands out as “least liked” in terms of SourceHUB

Reasons for choosing SourceHUB

SourceHUB is much easier to deploy and use, and has significantly broader operational functionality to include SCM and Project Management.
