About Guard1

Guard1 is a security management software designed to help organizations across corrections, hospitality, healthcare, travel, banking, and commercial security industries. It enables supervisors to monitor facilities, get real-time updates, track field workers, perform guard tours, record observations and generate reports.

Guard1 provides mobile radio frequency Identification (RFID) tracking functionality which allows officers to perform electronic headcounts, scan wristbands and wall tags, track individual movements, document handouts and maintain log checks. It lets administrators maintain jail inmates history with details including cell checks, suicide watches, meal consumptions, medications, showers, or classes. Additionally, it allows healthcare facilities to identify patients and print customized wristbands, record family visits data and send notification alerts via email or text.

Guard1 allows organizations to integrate the platform with several jail, offender and records management systems such as Force, Beacon, JailTracker, Superion, Odyssey and more. Pricing is based on request and support is extended via email, phone, FAQs, and an online knowledge base.

Easy to program the software to conform to needs. Very stable system. Little to no down time.

Cons:

None to speak of. We have always been satisfied with the product.

Guard1 plus

Our department has been using guard1 system for approx. 10 + years. In those years we have not had any issues with the system or the pipes. We even lost a pipe in the snow for approx. 3 months. We eventually found the pipe in the spring and its still working today.

its easy to understand and with the help of our county IT person he set it up in minutes and has been running since with very little issues.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about this product/software

There is no drilling into cement walls. easy to use, no additional wiring required and true documentation of cell checks which cannot be altered or tampered in any way.

Guard 1

The technical support team are always ready to solve issues with the Pipe, although there has been very few issues with the pipe. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been very helpful and calls me to make sure the Pipe is working right. We have been using the Pipe for over 3 years and have had only one problem that needed to be sent in. The turn around time was very short.

The Guard 1 is easy to use and reliable. The tamper proof buttons are the way to go.

Cons:

For our jail the Guard 1 performs so well, I have not found any cons .
