About Kwaddle

Kwaddle for providers is a cloud-based solution designed to help educational organizations of all sizes manage registration, payments, invitations, and marketing for summer camps, after-school activities, and more. The platform enables users to create custom schedules and share them with members.

Kwaddle comes with white-label capabilities that allow managers to personalize programs with custom waiver forms, discount codes, and add-ons. Centralized dashboard enables users to add camps/classes and accept online payments via credit or debit cards. Additionally, built-in reporting module enables administrators to view customer information and download registration data.

Kwaddle supports integration with Stripe to facilitate online payment processing. Further, its shopping cart add-on functionality assists enterprises with upselling and cross-selling.

Kwaddle Rocks!

Both reps are extremely customer focused and top notch to work with. So glad I moved to Kwaddle for my registration system.

Pros:

The beauty of this registration system is in the ease of use. Any function needed is easily found and works smoothly. The three registration systems that I had used previously were over complicated and not user friendly.

Cons:

Currently the functionality offered is pretty standard, however I know there are plans to add more options in the near future.

Reasons for switching to Kwaddle

The other three systems were too expensive and provided a lot of functionality that I didn't use, which made their platform overly complicated and not user friendly.
