In almost two years of using the ChangePlan platform, our experience has been excellent. Gavin and his team have been incredibly receptive to our suggestions for tweaks and improvements to how the system presents project data. They have been extremely willing to listen to our feedback and help make for a better user experience. I am continually impressed by their attention to detail, their professionalism and commitment to partnering with their clients. ChangePlan delivers excellent value for money.

(1) Intuitive user interface and structure. The platform is easy to use and navigate, and the customized fields help make this adapt well to our needs. (2) Reporting capabilities that reduce our manual efforts and help us clearly highlight the information that company leaders are most interested in from an Organizational Change Management perspective: stakeholder impacts, scheduling collisions, and quantifying staff time requirements away from their work to support training and learning.

ChangePlan - it's a no brainer!

Exception experience with ChangePlan as a product and as an organisation. Product is intuitive and makes sense for any change manager to use. The customer service responsiveness and product enhancements have been exceptional and are still coming.

Simple and intuitive interface that provides powerful result that is almost impossible to capture through traditional spreadsheets
Cons:
Individual data entry for activities, however I would need to do this anyway and I am not great with detailed tasks.

ChangePlan allows us to capture a true single view of change across the organisation. It enables the OCM team to provide senior leaders and executive management concrete people-related data points to inform them of potential change saturation and change collisions. By giving leaders visibility, it prompts conversations to reduce change fatigue to their teams and across the organisation. Additionally, the system is intuitive and very easy to use.
Cons:
At times there are minor user experience issues, however these are resolved quickly.
