About VIZOR IT Asset Management for Schools

VIZOR helps Schools manage IT Assets like Chromebooks, iPads and Projectors by streamlining allocation to students, simplifying 1:1 programs and track repairs. VIZOR integrates with the Google Admin console and Student Information Systems to automate IT workflows. For example, automated notifications remind students and families when devices are due for return. VIZOR can even remotely disable lost devices.

VIZOR integrates with barcode readers to streamline 1:1 device distribution, loaners and returns. Automated notifications can save schools thousands by reducing the number of unreturned devices.

VIZOR includes a helpdesk to manage device repair tickets. VIZOR tracks all asset repair details including their associated cost and fees. Repairs can be logged as part of the asset check-in process, via self-service or directly by IT admins. OEM warranty information is automatically populated for Dell and Lenovo devices. VIZOR will also identify lemon assets which have had multiple repairs above your defined threshold. Schools can extend VIZOR's device repair helpdesk functionality to manage general IT issues and other school ticketing requirements.

Cons:

Toda ajuda do software, foi bem vinda, talvez não foi possível visualizar algumas áreas, pois o argumentos que estava em uso era o suficiente.
