Configuration Management Solution (CMS) is a web application, lets your operators manage the Genesys configurations environment in one place. CMS provides you with a centralized vision of your Genesys configuration environment to help proactively manage, track quickly, process the configuration changes, and optimize your Genesys Infrastructure.

CMS helps your operators to ensure changes introduced do not conflict with each other before rollout. Capture a complete snapshot of configuration objects as versions and assess the changed objects by comparing the snapshots with configuration server objects. It provides comparisons and auditing capabilities such as tracking and reporting the changes and rollback of the misconfigured configuration to its pre-change state.

Different graphical representations let you verify the configuration changes at a glance if the configurations of your configuration versions are a consistent and complete understanding of how the configuration of one item affects another item.

Pros:

I think CMS is great, the online configuration tools it offers are both practical and useful for everyone, I think it is one of the best companies in this field, since it has so much variety of content and is so useful and simple for customers, a wonder!..

Cons:

I really do not have any complaints just good words about it, excellent quality! CMS does not disappoint me at all, it has no complexity and even someone completely oblivious to the subject, can use their services and understand everything without any problem and this is something that stands out, very useful for people who do not have much information about it !

I was looking for a program that would help me with the management of my web pages and finally I found it. CMS is a program that does not require you to have experience because it is really simple to use, so much so that it allows visitors to my pages to make changes. It is so effective that it shows me every little change that is on my website and also shows me who did it, it helps a lot to maintain order. The CMS has significantly reduced my working day since it is responsible for tasks such as promotion and keeping my page updated. I recommend this program because it helps to know who specifically made a change in the page and also can configure any error that exists. It is a quality product that helps development.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the site, everything has seemed excellent to me so far, I will continue to use the service for a long time.
