    Technician Tablets are great!

    I am thoroughly satisfied with how flawlessly the tech tablets work in sync with the office staff. I am able to dispatch, arrive, and close out my own calls. The tablets allow for constant communication between me as a tech and all office personnel. The tech app itself comes with a presentation tool to help land more sales, along with an option to attach images of before/after work performed. Overall, a seamless product! highly recommend.

    We truly did get a small business price for a software that met all our business needs. The seamless integration allowed for all our data to be converted and our business to be up and running on Ergos in a matter of just two weeks.     Working with Ergos has been a really awesome experience for us!!! It has been a much easier integration than expected. We are excited because It is cloud based , with real time interaction with our Techs. It is very user friendly and easy to use. Also the customer service has been excellent. We are able to ask questions and get immediate answers.
