Very efficient DAM portal!

We had huge problems with the findability of our +100k assets. Now with 4ALLPORTAL we are able to easily find any assets with a couple of seconds - Thanks to it's easy of use and the state of the art UI/UX.

Very efficient for managing marketing materials. Searchability through multiple search types is guaranteed. The duplicate search avoids unnecessary double data storage.

Der Support ist einfach spitze: superschnell und mega-kompetent! Das Team reagiert blitzschnell auf unsere Anfragen und ist extrem engagiert, uns bei der Optimierung der Konfiguration tatkräftig zu helfen. Wir arbeiten eng und partnerschaftlich mit ihnen zusammen, um das System Schritt für Schritt perfekt an unsere spezifischen Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Diese Unterstützung ist für uns Gold wert und macht den Unterschied, gerade bei einem so vielseitigen System.

Cons:

Momentan ist die Konfiguration bei uns noch nicht ganz perfekt auf unsere speziellen Abläufe zugeschnitten. Aber mal ehrlich, bei einem so umfangreichen und vielseitigen System ist das auch keine Überraschung. Es erfordert einfach Zeit und ein bisschen Feinschliff, um wirklich alles aus ihm herauszuholen und es optimal in unsere Prozesse zu integrieren. Kurz gesagt: Das 4All Portal ist sehr vielversprechend, und die aktuellen Konfigurations-Herausforderungen bekommen wir mit dem erstklassigen Support definitiv noch in den Griff.

Tolle Bilddatenbank für den Berufsalltag

Wir nutzen 4ALLPORTAL in unserer Firma zur Verwaltung unserer vielen Produkt- und Detailbilder. Durch unsere große Produktvielfalt ist die Bilddatenbank eine echte Erleichterung. Die Suche funktioniert super detailliert: man findet selbst bei tausenden Varianten schnell und gezielt das richtige Bild. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, das System spart uns viel Zeit und macht die Arbeit deutlich einfacher.

Mir gefällt besonders, dass man in der Bilddatenbank so detailliert suchen kann – selbst bei unzähligen Varianten findet man schnell genau das Bild, das man braucht. Außerdem sind die eigenen, oft genutzten Bilder in übersichtlichen Sammlungen organisiert, was die Arbeit noch einfacher und schneller macht. Ich nutze die Datenbank fast täglich, oft sogar mehrmals am Tag und bin wirklich zufrieden damit. Auch der Kundensupport war super: sehr hilfsbereit, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alles genau erklärt.

Cons:

Durch die Menge an Auswahlmöglichkeiten ist die Oberfläche/Suche teilweise unübersichtlich für Nutzer, die sich nicht so gut mit Datenbanken bzw. PCs generell auskennen

Oberfläche gut, API-Anbindung ausbaufähig

Grundsätzlich habe ich gute Erfahrungen, in meiner Position als Entwickler, der mehr mit der API arbeitet, dauern mir die Abfragen um zum Ziel zukommen insgesamt zu lange. Z.T. muss ich 4 Abfragen schicken um an das gewünschte Ergebniss zu kommen.

Gelunge moderne Oberfläche mit sehr vielen Filterkriterien, kann schnell zu viel werden. Viele Anpassungsmöglichkeiten um den eigenen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.

Cons:

API-Schnittstelle ist etwas langsam, benötigt viele Anfragen um ein Bild per API zu bekommen. Mir fehlt eine Art Push-up Benachrichtungsfunktion, die in unserer Landschaft pro aktiv Informationen für unsere individuellen Anforderungen an weitere Systeme schickt. In der GUI fehlt ein "alle Bilder auswählen" - Button. Man kann das etwas umgehen, dann muss man aber ca. 30 min zu warten, bis tatsächlich alle Bilder ausgewählt sind.

Effizienzsteigerung durch Flexibilität und intuitive Bedienung für unsere Arbeitsprozesse

Unsere allgemeinen Erfahrungen mit dem PIM-System 4ALLPORTAL sind überwiegend positiv. Die Lösung hat sich als flexibel, benutzerfreundlich und gut an unsere Anforderungen anpassbar erwiesen. Besonders in der Content- und SEO-Arbeit konnten wir spürbare Effizienzgewinne erzielen. Die Datenmigration verlief reibungslos, und der Einstieg ins System war dank der intuitiven Oberfläche und guten Dokumentation unkompliziert. Trotz etwas höherer Kosten und gelegentlicher Performance-Einschränkungen bei sehr großen Datenmengen überwiegen für uns klar die Vorteile in der täglichen Nutzung.

Die schnelle Implementierung sowie die Möglichkeit, das System ohne tiefgreifende Programmierkenntnisse selbst anzupassen, waren für uns entscheidend. Durch die gute Dokumentation und Unterstützung durch den Anbieter konnten wir unsere umfangreichen Produktdaten problemlos migrieren und die Workflows – insbesondere im Content- und SEO-Bereich – deutlich optimieren. Das System hat unsere Arbeitsprozesse effizienter gemacht und unsere Abhängigkeit von der IT reduziert.

Cons:

Als kleinere Nachteile sind die nicht unerheblichen Kosten für Betrieb, Inbetriebnahme und Support zu erwähnen. Außerdem kann das System bei sehr komplexen oder umfangreichen Datenbeständen gelegentlich etwas träge reagieren.

We have been using the 4ALLPORTAL Software for years and are very satisfied!

I've been working with the 4ALLPORTAl for years now and have made some really good experience with it so far. Especially the publication on different channels (e.g. Social Media, Print, WordPress, etc.) is to be emphasized very much and facilitates our daily work. Sharing assets externally by sending a link or creating an e-ticket is very easy now. Furthermore, we are now able to share digital assets and product information with wholesale accounts increased our e-commerce business.

Very fast and uncomplicated

All the employees with whom I have had contact so far have been friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent, there was a demand, and 4ALLPORTAL was the only vendor who could solve our problems. Definitely recommendable as a new customer.
