About NICEIC Cert Software

Clik's NICEIC Certification Software is the only software available for official NICEIC certificates, all made by tech experts here at Clik. The program allows users to create professional certificates digitally and without needing an internet connection. It also allows users to store all of their client information, certificates and their digital signatures in one database. Users can make templates from an EICR for example and add it into another certificate type to save time and effort. Users can email their clients the completed certificate from within the software itself, along with their company logo on too. Users can even save their unique observations and other cert tools to make completing a certificate easier than ever. With the accompanying Field Mode software for laptops, users or their employees can also complete certs offline whilst on site and upload them back to the office when they're connected. Clik Cert Electrical allows users to create certificates from their iOS or Android device to send back to their main hub in the office too.

Pros:

The way that the software links with the users on site to issue details, and send back paperwork to main office, also the up-dates works great and we are always InControl of what we are using

Cons:

The only problem is that we have to link back to the main office to issue to clients

What I like most about the Software is that it is more or less foolproof, so handy to use. I honestly can not fault it. Would highly recommend it. Also when I have taken on new members of staff and had to upgrade my licenses the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I am actually struggling to think of something bad to say about it............nope I am honestly happy enough.

Had used the software before with a previous firm, so when I moved here it was what I was used to so it was a must for me to have.

NICEIC Software user

We find it a good software that is easy to use. Any problems which we have had we have had have always been easily sorted by the technical department in a quick and efficient manner, which is a must for us.

Pros:

All certificates that we use on a daily basis are available to create, including emergency lighting. We find it easy to use with good search functions.

Cons:

Sometimes the engineer has downloaded the software on more than one device which has meant that we were unable to locate the certificate, this is a user error but has happened more than once, the technical support when required were always there to help.

We liked the layout of the software with all the certificates which were available on the database.

Ease of use both in back office and on site. Templates, user friendly not complicated. when you have problems are contact CLIK they are dealt with very quickly and professionally.

Cons:

If you don't save the info regularly and the system crashes you loose all that info. Not able to delete templates sent from office on the field user devices. Not able to search uploaded cert on device you have to scroll through them all.

great software easy to use

first class experiance, any problems and the support team take over your PC and the problem is sorted in seconds

we do a lot of repetitive testing so using the templates saves us loads of time, support team are genuinely the best i have ever come accross

Cons:

when a new test cert comes out it takes a few updates to be as good as the last

I am not the main user but generally found the software to be slower with multiple users accessing the sw on a server.
