Picflow is a real Swiss Army knife for media files

Picflow is the most important part of the service visible to the customer. The absolute advantage of the service is that files can be shared, hidden, and shared only with a password. The service can be used as a gallery for websites, but also as a photo or video selector together with the customer. Picflow is a real Swiss Army knife for media files

Pros:

The best thing about Picflow is the clear user interface and the ability to share all produced media material (images, videos, text files, pdf). The plus is definitely the really reasonable pricing and the ability to expand the subscription. Picflow made me stop all other sharing channels and focus all sharing on this service. One really significant and good feature is 'Workflow'. The same tool can be used as a photo and video gallery for websites, but also for efficient collaboration with customers.

Cons:

For example, the old DAM service had word and pdf file previews and I really liked that. Hopefully it's coming.

Too expencive for our needs. And little bit outdated.

A Photographer's Best Friend....Picflow

My overall experience has been great! I love it, my clients love it and my workflow has gotten much faster. I SAVE SO MUCH TIME NOW and I'm only on the free version. Looking forward to upgrading to plus or pro soon

The ease of use. It integrates almost perfectly with my workflow. From culling to delivery, I couldn't ask for a better solution.

Cons:

I only have to two complaints. The first complaint is the website doesn't have a darkmode, I need that. The second complaint would be that I want the lr plugin to sync with already published gallery on the website.

It's a no-brainer, PicFlow does everything I need for my photography business. Dropbox was good for delivery and storage, but Picflow has it all

I like the flexibility when it comes to creating galleries and adding subgalleries as well - that way it makes sharing multiple galleries with clients super easy!

Cons:

That we can't set the naming convention when publishing via lightroom.

An amazing solution for asset management

I love PicFlow for managing photography assets and making markups and notes for retouching. The tool is amazing and provides a great workflow to share assets with clients. Love it.

Cons:

Sometimes there are issues with uploading images if you're loading in bulk. Otherwise, great tool and love the collaboration features as well.
