Jeder kennt das: Bei Vertragsverhandlungen werden hunderte Entwurfsstände in Form von Word-Dokumenten hin- und hergesendet, man verliert die Übersicht. Nicht mehr mit top.legal, da findet sich der jeweils aktuelle Stand mit allen Kommentaren an einer Stelle. Das ist Effiziensteigerung! Und auch nach Vertragsunterzeichnung hilft mir das Tool, besser zu verstehen, wann welche vertraglichen Bedingungen getroffen wurden,

Cons:

Je nach Bildschirmgröße ist die Formatierung der Menüs noch nicht perfekt adaptiert.
