Pros:

The ability to have H&S to hand in digital format & easily accessible for all areas of the business. The platform is also more efficient than a paper based system. it also eliminated human error aspect of paper forms being lost or not submitted.

Cons:

Upkeep of platform & updates (but this was an internal issue not a CG issue) & issues with connectivity/synchronisation

Easy Peasy Compliance Genie!

Our experience so far has been fantastic nothing is too much hassle and the team have been on hand if we have had any issues.

Pros:

Easy to use by the frontline teams. The system allows us to link with our database meaning the system is kept up to data and is an accurate reflection of starters and leavers. The single sign on functionality has removed a lot of the headache from our previous system.

Cons:

Haven't come across many of these at the moment. If I had to pick something it would be some of the functionality isn't quite there yet, but the team at Compliance Genie are aware of these and they are on their road map. We are regularly informed when these functions become available.

Compliance Genie gives us greater functionality on the back end, also being based in the UK means the team are on hand when we need them.

Overall its a great product for compliance, project and inventory management. The software has a lot of room for improvement, the company have great ideas but it needs tweaking for practicality. The staff are hands on, listen to our requirements and always suggest solutions.

A simple process to set up and the ability to send documents instantly to all employees across the company. Monitoring compliance across the company and being able to follow up with employees instantly.

Cons:

Its a good product but there are features which are not practical for onsite work such as scanning QR codes to use equipment or to enter a clients site. Having the ability to manage and edit the projects, its limiting and it could so with more personalisation.

We spent many months searching the market for a system that could be robust and agile. From the first call with Be-Safe we felt at ease that the system they provided could deliver everything we needed it to do and they have not disappointed. The customer service was outstanding and always on hand to help with issues. It has been instrumental in achieving passes for all of our Health & Safety and ISO9001 audits.

Pros:

Compliance Genie has allowed had a much stronger reception across the business than our previous software. The buy in has been great with many teams asking 'can it do this for us?' with the answer generally being yes! The system is easy to use, forms are easy to build and due to the ease of use training requirements are light.

Cons:

There are a few features that would be useful, i.e. uploading pdfs, that the system currently doesn't allow. However, generally when you speak to the Compliance Genie team they already are working on it with a new updated release just around the corner.

Pros:

The adaptability of the system to make is truly bespoke - so you can populate it with what you want it to do and so you don't have to fit your procedure to a system. Dashboards that you can make repot what you want to see - the data that is important to your business and culture.

Cons:

Working with the small team at Bee Safetech sometimes means some slight delays in responses but this does not affect functionality of the system. And is counterbalanced with the inclusivity of requests for systems amendments etc.

The software has been very easy to use and deploy to site staff. The set up process has been quick and compliance genie have been very helpful.

Cons:

The software is relatively new and improvements are still being made. This could be seen as a positive too! CG are taking all of our ideas on board.

Pros:

With the increasing presence of Health and Safety and need for record keeping, Compliance Genie ticks all the boxes. It has been tailor made to meet the needs of our business, gives prompts to ensure no stone is left unturned and is easy to understand which was perfect during the roll out to site and getting our colleagues to buy into its introduction to the working day. All records integrate with another computer programme already in use to enable electronic storage which can be backed up and protected from future loss whilst remaining accessible at the tap of a keyboard. Within the construction industry I would thoroughly recommend the investment!!!

Cons:

Other than the ongoing need to learn as we go, absolutely nothing!
