Pros:

snel projecten aanmaken, documenten koppelen en onderaannemers selecteren uit de database van 12build. het is daarnaast mogelijk om zelf onderaannemers toe te voegen. een ander voordeel is offerte hengels. je kunt gemakkelijk de markt benaderen om na te vragen of ze bekend zijn met een project waaraan gecalculeerd wordt.

Cons:

het berichten systeem werkt soms niet heel handig. het zou makkelijk moeten zijn om te zien (of een waarschuwing te krijgen) wanneer er een onderaannemer heeft besloten niet te rekenen aan een project.

Grote database met leveranciers/onderaannemers, maakt offerte aanvragen gemakkelijk, website overal te bereiken (werkt via browser en zonder software)

Cons:

Betalende onderaannemers komen als eerste keuze naar voren bij selecteren van onderaannemers. Daarna pas je eigen “vaste partners”

Prijs kwaliteit ok. Veel aannemers die aangesloten zijn die voor ons echt interessant zijn.

Cons:

Verschrikkelijke vertegenwoordiger ( [gevoelige inhoud verborgen]) voor België. Totaal verouderd en onpraktisch systeem van communicatie: Google Meet.
