Countfire 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Depending on the complexity of the drawings, this can sometimes take a little longer but if you run into any issues, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team on our live chat on the orange button in the bottom right hand corner of the app. We're super proud of our support. As well as our live chat, we also offer 1-2-1 training sessions tailored to you to make sure you can get the most out of the software on your takeoffs.

If you're running into issues on your drawings, I'd recommend sending us a message on the orange button in the bottom right hand corner of the app. Our technical team can take a look to see if there's anything they can do to improve the quality of the drawings.

Awesome to hear you found Countfire easy and quick to use Kyle! Appreciate your feedback on changing the size of manual points. I can definitely see how this would be super helpful. We do have a feature request for this – you can add your vote by heading to the orange button in the bottom right hand corner of the app, selecting 'Give feedback' and searching "Adjust size and opacity of manual points".

Appreciate the feedback on the estimate side of the app. One of the great things about Estimate is the flexibility of grouping your data. You can completely change how your estimate is laid out with a few clicks, whether you're looking to split your project differently or match a client summary you need to fill out. To help get you through it, and seeing the benefits as soon as possible, our support team are available for 1-2-1 training sessions and we also have a live chat in-app to help with any questions as you're completing your projects. Depending on how the drawings have been created, it can sometimes be slightly more difficult to find matches for your selections. However, we have a bunch of features to help you complete your takeoffs as efficiently and accurately as possible. What a great review – thank you Paul! Great to hear you're benefitting from our specification comparison tool as well as Countfire's takeoff tools. You're right, depending on the way the drawing has been created, this can sometimes cause issues on your takeoff.
