As well as our live chat, we also offer 1-2-1 training sessions tailored to you to make sure you can get the most out of the software on your takeoffs.

You're spot on – depending on the way the drawings have been created, sometimes they can be super complex which can cause some slow down in-app. If you run into this, it's always worth sending us a message on the orange support button at the bottom right hand corner of the app. We can take a look at what you're running into, and our technical team can often apply a fix to improve the drawings complexity, reducing the impact on your takeoff experience.

Great to hear you've had a good experience with our support team – we know how important it is to be able to hit the ground running so, while there is a bit of a learning curve involved in getting started with Countfire, we're on hand to help you get the most out of the software. Appreciate the feedback on the estimate side of the app. One of the great things about Estimate is the flexibility of grouping your data. You can completely change how your estimate is laid out with a few clicks, whether you're looking to split your project differently or match a client summary you need to fill out. Awesome to hear you found Countfire easy and quick to use Kyle! Appreciate your feedback on changing the size of manual points. I can definitely see how this would be super helpful. We do have a feature request for this – you can add your vote by heading to the orange button in the bottom right hand corner of the app, selecting 'Give feedback' and searching "Adjust size and opacity of manual points".
