The whole experience with NineID has been great. They listen to your specific case very carefully, and make sure their solution fits for you.

Pros:

For a hybrid-remote team like ours, this is ideal for viewing who's entering the building, allowing guests to easily drop by and get rid of a messy physical key system. Also the customer service is absolutely top-level, with immediate replies and careful solutions.

Cons:

So far I haven't found anything that has not been good.

Efficiency (real-time) and flexibility of the system. Makes the entire process transparent and traceable. Avoiding long queues to access the site without compromising on security.

Cons:

Temporary 'con': the fact that (for the moment) NineID has no auto-translate.

Pros:

The people from NineID are very customer oriented. When we ask for a change or new feature, the feedback is taken seriously. Very often there are smaller changes, so fast deployment! We are in a direct line with the support team, so the reaction time is fast.

Cons:

The mobile version for the backend user.

Reasons for switching to NineID

We are changing our it environment to more standard product.
