This is the 3rd year using AI Docs. I cannot list only 1 thing that I like the most about AI Docs. I have so many things that I like them. They are honest, trustworthy, timely, precise, approachable, and list goes on. They update us all the time with the project statuses. They show us a to-do list and where they are on each item of the list all the time. Their work is accurate and their instruction for what they want us to do is accurate and easy to follow. They know what they can do and what they cannot (or what a system cannot), so that we (both them and us) don't have to spend extra time to figure out things. Overall, I am very happy to work with them and we will work with them continuously.
Cons:
I don't have anything I don't like about them. But if I have to give 1 thing, I want to work with them in the summer, not towards the end of the year. We might have worked together in the summer, if we approached them with a project earlier. Next year, we are making sure that we have a meeting in early summer so that we can work together in the summer.

AI Docs is the only signature document process that not only manages the signature process electronically, but allows us at our specified intervals have reminders and tasks to review and manage throughout the term of the contract. No other systems we reviewed could provide us with an intelligent process to manage the documents beyond the point of signature.
Cons:
Any opportunities for improvement have been addressed and a prompt solution has been provided for feedback we have given.

Produces a great framework for letters of recommendation and every letter is different. Can pull info from resumes, documents or spreadsheets to provide an overall view of a student's strengths. Easy to tailor the format and body of the letter. Highly recommend!
