ASPEC is a customer relationship management solution that helps businesses manage contacts, opportunities, campaigns, sales quotes and more. It comes with a predefined sales workflow, which facilitates data collection, opportunity analysis, task prioritization and lead tracking, ensuring consistency across sales operations.

ASPEC's marketing module allows businesses to build event campaigns, categorize leads and create follow-up lists, improving sales operations. It maintains a database of sold products and services including information such as categories, models, serial numbers, delivery, ownership, warranties, service contract agreements and request history. Additionally, administrators can set up organizational hierarchies and access rights to ensure data distribution based on departments, regional offices and specialties, among other categories.

ASPEC facilitates integration with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel, enabling businesses to build quote templates, manage email distribution, schedule appointments and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via documentation, phone, email and other online measures.

    Die in ASPEC integrierte und skalierbare Methodik, d.h. Einzelbewertung von laufenden Projekten, die Steuerung des Vertriebsteams im Detail und der optimale Überblick zu jeder Zeit, wohin die Sales-Reise geht. Zudem ist die Software einfach zu bedienen und hilft jedem Teammitglied als auch der Vertrebsleitung den Kundenzugang und Projekte zu optimieren
    Cons:
    Eigentlich wenig. Wir haben uns zunächst nicht um Integration in ERP gekümmert (war zu Beginn so gewollt) und diese hat dann im Nachgang etwas Probleme bereitet. Das kann man jedoch der Lösung nicht zum Vorwurf machen
