  • Easy to use interface and very clean UI, amazing roadmap too, they do support under MS for startup program, this include call the customer features.
  • There's no way to set business hours/voicemail-forward - I work past business hours to get extra admin work done; of course customers don't always look up business hours before calling and suddenly I have to listen to the ring tone for 30 seconds or pick up.
