About LevelJump
LevelJump is a cloud-based sales onboarding and training software that assists growing small to midsize businesses to build enablement programs and measure their impact on Sales. Its key features include native Salesforce reporting, out-of-the-box program templates, and just-in-time microlearning.
The application comes with a builder feature that enables Sales trainers and enablers to create learning sequences using predefined templates and real Sales milestones that participants need to meet in order to progress through the program. Additionally, its dashboard allows managers to assign exercises to new hires, measure completion rates and determine which enablement programs are driving Sales. Its most compelling feature is that it lets Sales leaders easily align Sales training programs to revenue metrics.

LevelJump helps all employees who are being trained stay on the same page which helps employees stay up to date with there training. It helps the managers with our training sessions. We're using LevelJump to foster continuous learning post training. We fully dedicate ourselves to onboarding new reps for their first few weeks but without LevelJump it would be impossible to give them the attention that they need to implement and reinforce what they've learned.
