Simplify, Organize, Close: A Review of PropFlo

Out team finds it friendly and easy to use weekly. We went live in less than a month. AI Chatbot and AI content generators are quite helpful. AOS can be generated easily too. The support from the team has been great!

Our team find it easy to use, the access to admin and super admin is quite helpful. The features like Lead management, pipeline management, AI Chatbot, Assignment rules and automated workflows are game changers. The customer support has been responsive all the time. Friendly integration process

Cons:

Nothing as of now. We had used different CRM's before this and we found this to be the best yet.

Affordable CRM with all Features for real estate industry.

PropFlo CRM comes with one integrated software with combination of multiple small tools. I liked Marketing automation we used this for lead nurturing and we intgrated the whatsapp with crm and now we are handling all leads and querries over whatsapp as well. In short overall experience is very good.

In Profile CRM I like their integrated solutions of Marketing automation and greetings automation to greet the newly onboarded customers.

Cons:

Propflo mobile app interface need to improve and if you do any changes/updates in the software customer should be informed in prior.
