About Viber

Viber is a web and mobile-based communication solution, which enables businesses of all sizes to connect with clients and run promotional campaigns via one-to-one chats, video calls and text messages.

The application lets professionals run advertisements, convert leads and process payments. Brands can use Viber community feature to manage and interact with multiple members simultaneously, publish links to invite new users, control admin or member privileges and customize the community's image or description. Administrators can also add or remove community members and delete posted messages. It also allows marketing teams to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness using its sticker content functionality.

Viber lets businesses integrate with third-party applications via API. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. Support is extended via documentation.

Viber - A brick that construct people life easy and comfortable

As a daily user of Viber, in both work and personal life, Viber is a very useful, free communication app for me. I always do face time with my family, friends and my girlfriend. Good quality calls make my life much better. Thanks Viber.

1) User-Friendly Interface - very easy to use 2) High-Quality Calls - Quite good quality in both audio and video calls. 3) Group Communication Tools - offer free for large group communication like company wide chat group for transportation management.

Cons:

1) File Sharing Limitations - file size and storage duration 2) Automatic Media Saving - which can lead to burst storage consuming. You need to make some changes in settings to avoid unnecessary storage allocation. 3) Intrusive Ads - some advertisements are very disruptive.

My overall experience is excellent, except viber out call feature that offers for limited countries, i found it excellent to contact with internet.

Pros:

I am using Viber to contact my colleagues, friends and family. I found it very convenient and easy to use. Quality of audio and video call are also very good.

Cons:

The viber out call feature offers very less countries and even the limited countries have further limitation of use for only specific numbers. Special numbers are not allowed.

Pros:

The most impactful feature of this software was the audio and also the design aspect of this software. The visuals were stunning and beautiful. This software was very simple and easy to use. I love how fast i can send and receive messages with using this software as well. The integration process was very easy for me because of the intensive user activity that I'm connected with while using this amazing software.

Cons:

You have to have a good internet source to run this software. Or the downside would be a total inconvenience as your trying to enter links which can become a bit complicated and somewhat a tedious experience. As this software is surprisingly not as versatile as it seems to be. There are aspects that are difficult to use with this product. Example would be: You are not able to ban an undesired call or unknown user because it seems that Viber does not have an ad blocking feature. Also, there is no option to dial any landline numbers using this software as well and you cannot use Viber without Wi-Fi connectivity.

Viber is an excellent application for exchanging messages and calls, and it is also very easy to use.

My overall experience with Viber is excellent! I've been using it since I got my first cell phone in 2014. Even though I have other apps, I still really enjoy using it to make free calls between other users of the app. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

I found the app to be quite easy to use, as well as being free and very similar to WhatsApp. It allows you to make calls and send free messages and also has some different features. Other than that, the app is very good.

Cons:

At least for me, who uses my cell phone, the experience for calls or long videos has not been so good because of the excessive battery consumption, and depending on the internet connection, the quality is very poor.

Voice calls and video calls are very good as they help in local and international communication it is great

Cons:

The only negative thing about it is that I see annoying numbers being sent to me that I don't know. Also, the call quality is sometimes a little weak Something that should be improved is that it should be supported in all countries. Sometimes, there are minor problems with Viber.
