This option is great to define processes and help new starts to go up to speed.The touchpoint functionalities are also helpful to carry out handovers among CSMs. They are a great asset to log important information of the accounts.

Our product is quite complex so we had several integration issues and delays to properly see the relevant information within SmartKarrot.
