ClassMate is a web-based studio management solution designed to help dance, yoga, music, martial arts studios, daycare and fitness centres schedule classes on a daily, weekly or yearly basis and automate monthly billing.

The application enables businesses to define course fees, view payment, credit and purchase history and track pending balances. With the search functionality, users can retrieve information about students such as name, address, phone number, and more. Employees can also send reminders or newsletters to customers via email and advertise on a digital electronic bulletin board. ClassMate helps teachers maintain enrollment lists, view rosters and track attendance. Additionally, supervisors can generate, print and export custom reports and perform regular data backups.
