Easy of use, very intuitive and actually good value for money. Very customer friendly and flexible. Nice that you feel like a small company.

Cons:

Integrations could maybe be even better. Otherwise nothing in particular I could come up with. We like your solution!

Cumbersome. Hard to find preferred functionality, complicated processes of uploading and assigning content.

Pros:

You reach a lot of users in a simple way. This simplifies the spreading of a lot of different kinds of information.

Cons:

UX is unnecessarily complicated. The GUI needs to be simplified, improved and more intuitive. I would compare it to a commercial website.

An Efficient and Smart Communication Tool for Clinical Staff

Good, looking forward to users being able to use powerpoint and canva through playipp. Otherwise I’m happy with the experience.

That its a good way to communicate to the the people working with healthcare that do not have time to be on their computer.

Cons:

That some of the workers at our healthcare company have som trouble working with Quicknote-mallar. So that can possibly be a tool to improve.

For a starter user might be more difficult. For an experienced user the interface and functions work great!

simplicity and well thoughtout interface, fast workflow in critical situations. optimized for professional use

Cons:

some symbols for functions are hard to notice for instance to get to the filemanager is not really obvious. Also how to add items in a quicknote needs someone to tell you how to do it. Better would be to have the add "fält" button directly beside the "fält"-info square, now its beside the "spara mall" which makes you think to add a "mall" with the add button instead of "fält". Basically "inställningar" and "lägg till" in quick note could change place with each otherfor better usage. the grid buttons under the "lägg till" are unclear what they do, good with a pop up info there when hovering mouse pointer over them.. One way to do it is to have a bubble pop up infos when howering over symbols on the interface for new users. To see internal company news for playipp company on the home page (about 1/4 of the area is used for this) is not really relevant, better would be to see more info like left storage space, statistics, account ID, User and User ID etc..

PLAYipp Digital Signage we use on daily base in our company and it is very convenient way of publishing information for our employees - from safety, to regular HR operational info, Kaizen, business updates and also connection to public rss feeds.

Sometimes we see slight difference in text formatting between app content in web view and final view on TV.
