    i liked the ease of use. i liked the vendor availability to solve small and complex issues rather than explaining all the potentiality of the digital signage in a distributed environment, centralizing the content distribution and configuration.
    Cons:
    nothing to underline.. if i had to say, some task needs some development but the vendor is always on the spot to help

    Molto buona di sicuro, ha sostituito tutto il circuito che avevo prima di Digital Signage soppiantandolo alla grande. Ho fatto decisamente un salto di qualità adottando questo sistema

    Versatile e prestante, fatta salva una buona connessione alla rete (requisito fondamentale) funziona molto bene. E' molto gestibile anche da chi non è esperto, configurabile e personalizzabile a seconda delle esigenze.
    Cons:
    Nessun problema, solo noto un po di lentezza da parte dei server nella gestione dell'aggiornamento della diapo online. Ma si tratta solo di una piccola scomodità perchè si è sempre di fretta.

    Before deciding to cooperate with Visionbox I evaluated also other Companies. During the video call with all people of several compaines the team of Visionbox confirmed me my firts impression: good guys are able to understand the situation giving us the right advice.

    Two things: 1)The support that the team of VisionBox is suppling me when there is a problem. It's normal to have problem when yuo manage a lot of info in Company, a lot of file e so on. The team supported us without problem, they are always available to contact me and my collegaue to solve the problem. 2) The software...it easy to use and appreciated by the public

    At the moment, after 1 year, I cannot say something of wrong about VisionBox just because the aftersales is good.

    Il vantaggio principale a mio avviso è la rapidità e la gentilezza con cui gli operatori si interfacciano e aiutano i clienti, plus non indifferente. Nonostante qualche difficoltà nel primo approccio con la piattaforma, nel complesso consiglierei Visionbox Digital Signage per poter condividere e animare punti vendita di qualsiasi settore.

    Il prodotto ha dalla sua la velocità di installazione e la rapidità con cui si possono immettere propri contenuti. Ad un prezzo mediamente concorrenziale si possono condividere nei propri negozi video / immagini pubblicitarie accattivanti, utilizzando molti template.

    Vari clienti non appartenenti al mondo dell'informatica sono riusciti a configurare e utilizzare in autonomia il software, nonostante le numerose funzioni a disposizione. A differenza di altre aziende, è possibile ottenere assistenza praticamente immediata da persone che conoscono il prodotto e sono in grado di aiutarti concretamente. Ottime anche le grafiche a disposizione, come quelle realizzate su misura per il cliente.
    Cons:
    Da sviluppatore, avrei gradito possibilità ulteriori di accesso al codice, ma comprendo che questa è un'esigenza abbastanza personale e molto rara tra i clienti "standard" (nessuno mi ha mai richiesto qualcosa di simile)
