Very goo IMS but with some limitations

It keeps track of all of our inventory at a reasonable price and support stays on top of tickets.

Pros:

Customer support is great and can customize the software to fit your needs to an extent. It does what it is intended to do as far as tracking and keeping up wit all of your inventory needs, and the standard reports are helpful. Additional reports can be added and built to suit, however they are cooked into the software, and not your typical crystal. Very responsive and quick transaction times. It has a lot of capabilities as far as a IMS goes and will work well for most organizations.

Cons:

Somewhat dated interface - limited connectivity to certain ERP systems which is ultimately why we went away from it and moved to something that integrated a little more tightly with our software.

ASC Trac really meets our needs!

ASC Trac has been a valued WMS provider since our purchase in 2004. I was the project manager in the implementation. Having worked with other ERP suppliers on various other projects, the support team at ASC Trac software has been stellar in my experience. After dealing with other providers who look for opportunities to upsell or continue to bill for services, ASC Trac has integrity and shown flexibility in their support. They are quick to respond when I have an emergency support call/ticket. They have gone above and beyond to offer solutions and make a point to understand our business to construct acceptable solutions. Over the past fifteen years, the software has continued to improve and offer a competitive value. ASC Trac has invested in our Company and we have collaborated to find viable solutions for any issues that may have arisen. If these solutions required programming, ASC Trac worked to add this as part of the base program so there were not additional upgrading costs to the package due to the modifications. Consequently, this is a huge value added component as we were able to pay for the enhancement one time and stay on schedule with upgrades. If we encounter an issue with the software, ASC helps us identify if it is a programming bug or user issue. Overall, the Company has benefited from its relationship with ASC Trac. They are customer driven and provide solutions. The WMS is robust and provides us with the necessary tools to manage inventory and prod

Pros:

It's really an inclusive ecosystem rather than just software. It cover all the points on the supply chain.

Cons:

The fact that there's no API is a major weakness point here. No API means no webhooks and our internal software engineering department can't operate properly without them.

Pros:

We have relied on ASCTrac for over 15 years to manage both our warehouse as well as our production operations. Features such as, full inventory management, product traceability, and 3rd party integration including EDI are necessary for us to meet our customer’s expectations. ASCTrac is the foundation of our operations and has allowed our company to grow considerably over the past 15 years.

Cons:

The table version is not yet compatible with Apple products
