About Food Guard

Food Guard is a Digital HACCP Cloud Based Platform designed for the Mid Market and SME Food producers, Bakeries, Butchers, Restaurants and Cafe's.

It removes paperwork, digitizing those painful check sheets and processes required around HACCP and traceability.

Cost and Time Saving - In a number of our studies we have shown 30% time saving over paper based approaches. In Addition we also allow for obvious direct savings on paper and Ink.

Notable features include paperless data capture, custom reporting, temperature monitoring, and advanced traceability.

Temperature Monitoring - We Connect with Laird Lora Temp sensors and you can alert on multiple fridges and Freezers across a variety of locations. We allow you set-up Alerts and receive e-mails for non-conformance

Dashboard Reports - Search Stock, Batches created, Distribution locations. Print PDF reports on activities relating to processes. Food Guard also gives you the ability to print reports based on store location, user reports, check sheets and many other different types of information you may need to see.

Cooking Process - We are able to record a variety of cooking processes. Capture temperatures and cooking times. The...

application is dynamic so you can execute multiple processes and task at the same time also so it's excellent for Chef's in a busy Kitchen. Dispatch Recording - We allow you to set-up distribution locations and track what product has been sent where. The solution is highly configurable and also allows for the Capture of X-Ray, Packing, Temperature and Van checks at these stages so many HACCP requirements are digitally captured. Food Display ( Deli - Butchers - Bakers etc ) Food Guard has a Hot, Cold and Chilled Holding display capability. You can regularly check temperatures, stock the Food Display, clean it down and report via the management console User Set-up - We are a small development company focusing on smaller producers and Kitchens. We allow different types of permissions to be set. Some users can do slightly more than others, Quality gates and checks can be put in place so for example if their are temperature non--conformance's you can ask the user to contact a Quality Control manager to insert a pin before moving on. Alternatively the system can be left open and reasons for non-conformance's noted Getting Started with us - Your Buying processes couldn't be easier.     Staff complete checklists quickly and easily. We use 4 tablets to capture info across our business. All sync seamlessy into FG. We have instant information.

    The checklist is easy to use and report is generated instantly.
    Cons:
    It does not comprise the whole auditing functionality yet. For example it does not have the corrective action section or picture to show the non-conformance.

    Food Guard eliminates the use of paper and filing within the production factory. Information can be stored online and viewed instantly without the additional hassle of searching through files. The system removes human error between the processing steps and allows for compliance within the company in a simplified manner.
    Cons:
    The Audit feature is missing sections such as Corrective Actions and an area to insert photos. These features would enhance the functionality and allow for all gathered information to be stored in one place.

    The product is really intuitive and if you want to change something you need just a click, and it’s done.
    Cons:
    It could be improved the tasks on the checklist. If you want to add some task, it will appear just on the bottom, but you can’t change the order, so it would be good to have a button we’re you can scroll the new task and put it in the right order.
