Chris and his team provide excellent support when it comes to adhoc issues and anything that changed in the UX and is not instantly understood. Also, they are always on top of any Amazon changes and implement them adequately. They have helped us to make significant changes in our logistics process resulting in a better receipt process at the Amazon FCs and fewer shortage claims.

Cons:

Sometimes UX changes from one day to another and in the morning it takes some time to find what you were used to ;)

Amazing! very happy with the help and platform, warehouse could use some assistance on how to do everything more efficiently, but overall very happy with how the platform works.

Easy interface to use, all information is easily accesible and no problems using it. Have started using sage with khoo commerce and all assistance while setting up and while using has been amazing!

Cons:

Ocassionally a SKU will be deleted on the platform and we will need to submit a new SKU with a -1 as wont let the original sku be used.

Overall, I would always recommend Khoo Commerce, they are always finding ways to improve and customer service is the best all the time.

Pros:

Khoo Commerce is the only thing you need if you are an Amazon vendor, you can do all you need right on Khoo Commerce. Confirm orders, create ASN labels, send ARNs, ASN, print ASN labels, BOLs, send invoices. You can also manage your inventory.

Cons:

I think the only drawback is one that applies to most software which is speed decreases as the files get bigger.

Would never do Amazon Vendor Central Order Processing without them!

I spend my time on alot of different software across multiple clients and this is one of the first reviews I have ever written because they are so good. The software is great but their is also a human customer services team who aim to please and it makes all the difference.

This software is a great value for money and makes Amazon Vendor Central order processing so much easier. Their customer service is quick and very friendly. The system requires some training but is easy to use.

Cons:

Currently it doesn't automatically link to Quickbooks which would save us alot of time, I know they link to other accounting systems and this would be a major improvement for us.

The support team is always super responsive when we hit a snag. Reliable and always helpful. We've Recently had [sensitive content hidden] visit to better understand our issues and projects and received recommendations and quick fixes for our warehouse team.

Cons:

we never really had any issues with KhooCommerce or the support, easy of use. 1 area that could perhaps improve would be reporting abilities and a place where we can consult to better understand the system

Khoo has been a game changer for us, the reasonably priced platform, straightforward visibility and the customer support we have received is 5 * the admin saving we have made because of this platform has freed up so much more time for us, the information sharing of changes to Amazon is a nice touch in all areas.

Pros:

The team at KhooCommerce are amazing. They are always on hand to guide, support and advise on any aspect of the software. The basis of reducing Amazon chargebacks is well proven within their systems but even the developments of pick and pack have hugely improved our efficiency thus reducing cost within our Vendor operation.

Cons:

Its difficult, but if there was anything it would be that in the effort to continually improve the updates provided are not always clearly understood and so suddenly something can change and we need to then understand, which can rarely cause a stall in the warehouse operation. Rarely.
