Available in English and Portuguese, the tool is geared toward online retailers in the UAE, Brazil, and Central Europe.
Using AI, it delivers a deep-learning personalization engine (DLRM) with over 150 OOTB strategies, dynamic segmentation, and unified user profiles in real-time and at scale, up-selling and cross-selling products to every customer.
Users can focus on customer-relevant campaigns that can boost engagement and sales share, rather than having to choose between tactical conversion goals and LCV. Thanks to multivariate testing (MVT), users can measure the effectiveness of product placement, layouts, and merchandising strategies with their live shoppers, generating first-hand brand data and buyer insights.

Generally good, no issue of the quality of product recommendations, disappointed fairly frequently data rollup fails (so half a days data is missing for up to 72 hours) but Rich Relevance do not advise that this happens upfront, I need to raise a ticket each time causing unnecessary admin - have noted my concerns but was advised that Rich Relevance do not have the resource to communicate when this issue occurs.
