Pros:

It works well overall. Customer support was helpful when needed and didn’t take advantage to get more money. Backups jobs have been working and restores have also been working. So far, reliable product.

Cons:

It takes a bit to get used to navigating around the site, but it takes a bit to get used to any new product’s interface. Also sometimes unusually slow.

Galaxy Backup Review

It really proved to be effective since i was able to recover all data from my previous phone S3 without a hustle which included data of prevous clients i had met with in a business meetings i had attended.

I love it cause it helped me to recover my S3 phone data. which screen had broken it proved to be efficient since i brought a new S4 galaxy and after signing with my samsung galaxy account everything automatically updated it self to my new phone. That's amazing.

Pros:

It's not a black box solution. Adjustments to the environment can be made, some with help of Commvault. Gluster functionality, no more rebuilding disks and data is always available!

Cons:

It is based on a Linux foundation, sorry not a Linux admin :) Limited in devices which can be connected when using appliance.
