Best archiving solution for Cisco Jabber

The sales team and support are absolutely superb. Best people, super responsive, and most importantly they follow through with commitments meeting or exceeding expectations.

Pros:

plugin that is integrated with the jabber software for easy access. Also, Donoma helped with building and maintaining the database for archiving, where other vendors such as Smarsh simply refuse to touch the database or help build that piece, which is required for archiving.

Cons:

Getting a copy of a 3rd party audit of Donoma's archive is next to impossible.

Quick & easy search functionality that resulted in a happy customer!

The system allowed us to retrieve information from a user that was on extended PTO. It saved me a considerable amount of time not having to search through data without having to contact the employee on leave.

Pros:

The OneVault software provides quick and easy search functionality with multiple filter options that make it extremely easy to find specific information in vast amounts of data.

Cons:

If you don't know the exact email address, it may take a few tries to narrow down the search field. But still fairly quick to narrow down through trial and error.

The speed with which OneVault searches and retrieves information is impressive, as is the ease of use. The ability to tag emails for a specific reason, project, etc, makes OneVault a powerful data management tool. Set up and training were a breeze as well.

Cons:

Looking forward to adding more integrations with other applications.
