Very Happy

Everything has been working smoothly so far. When I had a question, the customer service agent on the chat was quick to answer. I think it is a great service.

Pros:

Easy to use and very accurate. We were using another service that resulted in bounce rates that were still too high even after verification. With Zero Bounce, we've kept bounce rates very low, and I love the detailed information on each report.

Cons:

The only downside is that your files will expire after 30 days; however, this is ultimately a good thing because they don't keep emails on file for too long. It just means that you will have to keep your own record log.

Reasons for switching to ZeroBounce

Not happy with the results from the previous product. Continued seeing high bounce rates even after using email validation.

Pros:

I like Zerobounce as it can be integrated with our CRM, as we use HubSpot. We also use Clay, and we integrate Zerobounce to it. Customer support is also great, and they respond immediately. Zerobounce is accurate in terms of email verification and validation. Lastly, the credits they offer are value for money.

Cons:

None! Zerobounce is a great overall email validation tool! Nothing beats Zerobounce in terms of email validation and integration.

Best email validation service

A company can get in big trouble sending emails to non-valid addresses, and ZeroBounce completely eliminates this problem.

Pros:

I like the way Zero Bounce divides the email validation into different categories, like valid, catch all, etc.

Cons:

Sometimes the "catch all" addresses are actually valid.

ZeroBounce is exactly what we've been looking for. It has helped us verify emails and cut down on email bounces. Which is a huge help, because email deliverability can be so finnicky.

Cons:

My only complaint is the processing speed, but truthfully it hasn't ever been a big deal. And it's comforting to see that the site is taking time to really analyze the emails.

Reasons for switching to ZeroBounce

MillionVerifier and Apollo were both significantly more expensive in my experience.

Reliable and Easy-to-Use Email Validation Tool

Overall, my experience with ZeroBounce has been good. It’s easy to use and gives accurate results, which helped me reduce bounce rates. The tool is fast and the dashboard is simple to understand. Sometimes the valid list misses first and last names, so a bit of extra work is needed, but it still improves email deliverability.

I liked the accuracy of the results and the simple, user-friendly dashboard. It makes cleaning email lists fast and easy. However, in the valid list, first name and last name fields are often missing or blank, so additional work is needed to enrich the data.

Zerobounce helps us verify our emails to ensure we have good email deliverability. This is key in our email marketing efforts.

Cons:

I wish that ZeroBounce saved your lists. You can't download them after like 30 days. They really should allow you to download your lists you've already scrubbed.

Can't Go Wrong with Zero Bounce

Its been an overall great experience. I've used this tool for serval years and in several companies, it's been essential to my work.

Its very simple to use and cost effective compared to other tools. it's really allowed me to have lower bounce rates and reach more people with my outreach.

Cons:

I don't like that so many of my contacts come back as unverified, but that is a good problem to have helps verify lead quality.

I am using for validation it is the best if you are finding the emails in bulk you can go with it,will help you alot.

Cons:

Sometimes validation can't be accurate, it sometimes gives validated emails wrong, that make sometimes think twice about emails.
