Very Happy

Everything has been working smoothly so far. When I had a question, the customer service agent on the chat was quick to answer. I think it is a great service.

Pros:

Easy to use and very accurate. We were using another service that resulted in bounce rates that were still too high even after verification. With Zero Bounce, we've kept bounce rates very low, and I love the detailed information on each report.

Cons:

The only downside is that your files will expire after 30 days; however, this is ultimately a good thing because they don't keep emails on file for too long. It just means that you will have to keep your own record log.

Reasons for switching to ZeroBounce

Not happy with the results from the previous product. Continued seeing high bounce rates even after using email validation.

Great tool for scaling email programs

We've had a great overall experience with ZeroBounce as the platform makes it so easy to get a comprehensive understanding of our email program.

Pros:

After completing an audit with ZeroBounce, we can confidently test content, track deliverability performance, and automatically validate our contacts. The team works quickly to answer questions and resolve issues that arise. For a small email program, we get great value out of the platform.

Cons:

At the beginning of our project, there were no Microsoft 365 seeds, which is our primary need. By the end of the project, they added 14 seeds. It would be great to have more outlook and 365 seeds.

Best email validation service

A company can get in big trouble sending emails to non-valid addresses, and ZeroBounce completely eliminates this problem.

Pros:

I like the way Zero Bounce divides the email validation into different categories, like valid, catch all, etc.

Cons:

Sometimes the "catch all" addresses are actually valid.

Pros:

The freemium model is very flexible and convenient. I only use it to validate batch emails. And it works great.

Cons:

The thing that I don't like are having separate csv files for catch-all, valid etc. I would prefer to have them in one file.

Pros:

In depth scoring and high confidence in accuracy. I've never had my bounce rate go above 2% (it barely gets to 1%) when I use Zerobounce.

Cons:

The catchall grading used to be included with the full validated csv download. Now it's separate and can take over a day to complete

Reasons for switching to ZeroBounce

Neverbounce scores couldn't be trusted, making the price unjustified

Zerobounce helps us verify our emails to ensure we have good email deliverability. This is key in our email marketing efforts.

Cons:

I wish that ZeroBounce saved your lists. You can't download them after like 30 days. They really should allow you to download your lists you've already scrubbed.

Can't Go Wrong with Zero Bounce

Its been an overall great experience. I've used this tool for serval years and in several companies, it's been essential to my work.

Its very simple to use and cost effective compared to other tools. it's really allowed me to have lower bounce rates and reach more people with my outreach.

Cons:

I don't like that so many of my contacts come back as unverified, but that is a good problem to have helps verify lead quality.
