BulkSignature is a premium email signature management tool that allows you to create powerful email signatures for everyone in your organization.

With BulkSignature, you do not have to worry about manual email signature installation. Simply import your user data from Google Workspace, select and adjust an email signature template or create your own template from scratch, and deploy the email signatures to everyone in your organization.

BulkSignature provides you with the unified company-wide control over the email signatures on your domain. This way, all the changes can be centrally implemented from one place.

The tool's flexible editor allows you to create stunning HTML email signatures that reflect your brand identity. The editor provides you with boundless features that will help you to make your email signatures stand out among the competition.

Once you design your email signature, the app will pre-populate the signatures with employee details and install them in the users' inboxes. The BulkSignature bot updates the assigned signatures every 24 hours. Once you set up the signatures, users will immediately see them in Gmail.

Pros:

Ease of use is what I liked about bulksignature. It was very simple and easy to use, plus it allowed you to customize email signatures for groups.

Cons:

It didn't give the ability to automatically randomize banner assignments to company email signature users. It could only be done manually

Being able to use and view the raw html of the source of the signature for a more precise level of control of the email signature, also being able to add social media icons and customise them fully via the interface

Cons:

Nothing.. I honestly couldn't find a problem. the price is great, its highly customisable, interface is fast and effective and customer service has always been instant on live chat

great value for the money, exactly what we needed

We are a consulting company running on google workspace. BulkSignature exactly matches our need of standardizing E-Mail Signatures dependent on our different types of of user groups. Also we occasionally have small marketing campaigns and it was always a pain to ask all colleagues to please mention it in theire signatures. All in all its just a great value for the money and exactly what we needed.

Great product for email signature management

We had multiple different email signature styles in our organisation, confusing our external image and adding the potential of erroneous information being distributed. With BulkSignature, this is no longer an issue and we can freely change the signature for all, for certain groups or for individuals with ease.

The ease of creation of a new signature in accordance with our style guidelines and how quick it was to deploy to the whole organisation eliminated a time-consuming step in our onboarding and enables us to change it easily without needing individuals to take action

Cons:

I'm only missing the option to set signatures for replies as well as new emails. Hopefully this will arrive in an update.

Might not have the exact template you're looking for, but they are easy to change and edit. Some HTML knowledge is required if you want something really bespoke.

Bulk Signature saved us

User's had no signature or inconsistent signatures throughout the organisation. Now we can centrally manage them and ensure they are kept up to date. Adds a touch of professionalisim for sure.

Pros:

Easy to sync user data from Google and then create global templates using that data to customize each user's signature. Also, the ability for further individualisation of each user's signature on a maco level.

Cons:

Once you create a global signature and deploy it to your user's it cannot be undone. So you must be careful and only submit the change if you are certain it is 100% correct.
