Hyper-Reach helps organizations communicate with team members via two-way messaging capabilities and set up custom geofences using information about addresses and cities to deliver targeted notifications. The cloud-based platform allows government agencies to inform citizens about extreme weather conditions including floods, tornadoes, tropical storms and more. Additionally, administrators can add employees, create customizable teams and use templates to quickly distribute messages.

Internal messaging, child accounts, the minutes are unlimited.

Cons:

I have not found anything so far that I do not like about this system. Customer service is awesome as well. We appreciate our relationship with our Hyper-Reach representatives.

As I have said before, you cannot beat the cost, and all of the incentives they offer with the contract. We will most definitely renew with Hyper - Reach when our contract period is up.

Reasons for switching to Hyper-Reach

The price difference was our biggest draw at first. The ease of using, setting up, pushing out notifications was realized, our county loves how easy it is to launch a message. I can do it from my phone while out in the field. Other agencies that have had child accounts set up did not have to come into the office to train on how to use. It is that simples.
