Great tool for employee monitoring activities on the web

Pros:

The tool is very easy to use and the interface is very intuitive. It allows quickly monitor what kind of acitivities employees are doing during the day. The tool also can block certain social media sites, programs and sites to increase working productivity. There are other good features like keylogger, instant messages monitoring, screenshot capture, but I didn't check them .

Cons:

The tool is available only for PC. It will be better to get the tool for mobile and track activities from mobile phones remotely.

Pros:

Here I can track the flow of my business and also the productivity of all employee. This platform is like a supermarket in where you can get everything in one place effortless. And the price is not heavy compare to the benefits that you can get in this platform. Using all the program inside is very easy to use, actually it is a new user friendly. The data that needed in monitoring the employee is very accurate, Its not hustle to report each data because you can see this in different angle.

Cons:

My worried about this is that if i have a good employee in manipulating there data i can't see there actual work to the data I've seen in platform. In this case I need to assign one a person to look for actual scenario's. In my previous job I experienced this,

What I like the most about Controlio is the productivity scoring feature which calculates transparent and accurate productivity scores for both users and departments. This gives a clear measure of the employees performance, offering an advantage to honest and hardworking employees by recognizing their consistent efforts and encouraging productive behavior.

Cons:

What I like least about Controlio is I’ve noticed that the dashboard can experience a brief delay, typically a second or two, when refreshing during periods of high activity. However, this is not a major inconvenience, and it becomes unnoticeable once filters are set which can sometimes also improve the software's overall responsiveness.

We Controlio Reduced exposure risk.

We had internal leaks / accidental sharing of sensitive files; now we can detect and trace who accessed/shared what. Previously, we couldn’t tell if someone was working during off hours (or just had computer on); now idle vs active tracking clarifies that. Reduced exposure risk. More confidence when sharing sensitive documents or files that there is oversight. Employees are more careful, and processes become cleaner/safer.

The snapshot feature (takes screen captures every few minutes) combined with video snippets is very helpful. I love that one can pause monitoring (or turn off tracking) for non-work time so employees’ privacy is somewhat respected. The logging of file operations and print actions is a bonus for sensitive environments.

Cons:

More integration with other tools (project management, HR systems) would be nice to reduce switching between dashboards.

Honestly, at first, the thought of Work PC surveillance sounds uneasy for me. But in this highly digitized and automated time, added security and productivity checking are something any employer must consider. This is where WE Controlio comes in. The email and file tracking features particularly, are great. Issues with sensitive documents can be tracked. The API integration worked smoothly with HR systems. Cloud-based makes checking from anywhere possible.

Cons:

The categorization of websites sometimes is inaccurate. Social media sites are sometimes marked as legitimate work sites.
