Axanta ERP in Kepler General Trading

now we don't have to do multiple entries and can keep track of everything as it is happening and aren't caught of guard . saves a lot of time and effort , a lot of it. We can get more done in far less time now.

Pros:

the fact that it is on cloud and not having to do repeated entries also having powerful reporting has helped a lot being able to see everything that is happening across departments and across all branches etc.

Cons:

it was a bit difficult in the starting but just the start things started to get smoother and now its completely smooth and easy to use.but someone new might still struggle in the beginning

An Evolving ERP

it's a great experience and we are still using their service, and they keep developing our new features and making our work life easier. it has an all in one solution ( Ecom/POS/Accounting/warehousing/purchasing....etc) under one ERP no need to link or do anything at all The Support is great and fast and it's not slow, especially if it will effect our sales an immediate response is there to fix any raising issue wither day or night.

Can always get new addons/mods that suites our growing business Can be used on a mobile phone while on the road or on travel to do minor work, such as checking sales and seeing stocks..etc Ease of access on any platform such as windows / ios / linux / android / mac. Being cloud based giving a me a relax of mind of not needing to setup a software on a computer. Easy report generating

Cons:

sometimes certain features can not be implemented if you have an outdated ERP. Can not customize reports when ever you want, but that can be supported and done by the company it self. Users access privileges very hard to set or modify, can not be done.

Best Feature is that its on cloud . And the reports on dashboard is very clear and simple to understand

They don't have payroll management . Although they give epmloyeee names but still for payroll they don't have any feature

Data Migration is crucial part of every ERP migration. Where Axanta is technically sound and very easy way to migrate old history.

We are finding it easy to work for sales report & for reviewing reports. ERP makes the transfer easy for the reports. Also the POS is easy to use.Interface is user friendly.
