IBM OpenPro is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It delivers order management, distribution planning, financial accounting and customer management within a suite.

The product offers financial accounting features, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, check reconciliation and payroll management that run all the core accounting activities using a single cloud-based solution.

OpenPro also features distribution management that consists of order processing, inventory control, warehousing, purchase orders, EDI, point of sale (POS), sales analysis and job costing. Additionally, it features a customer relationship management (CRM) module, which allows users to efficiently handle customer interactions.

OpenPro is built on open source architecture, which is compatible with several platforms such as  IBM P I X Z series, AIX, IBM AS400, Windows, HP UX, Linux, Sun Solaris and UNIX.

Pros

Ease of use, easy to personalize the software for our company. Speed of entry.

Cons

The product was great, the only issue I had was the report writer is not wysiwyg
