Pros:

We use risk warden for completing our diverse types of fire risk assessment across a portfolio of various properties and clients, we can complete the FRA off-line onsite and have them reviewed and externally validated as part of our management procedures We use risk warden as part of our management BAFE SP205 3rd party certification process which is externally audited every 6 months and the external validator is provided with a temporary login to undertake the review. We have found over the years of using risk warden we did have functional problems with our client's expectations of the format of the data they could access, but with the feedback, we have provided from us and other users risk warden has delivered the improvements through their software updates and now we have Release 3.3.0, happy days

Pros:

Customer service, industry knowledge and experience interwoven into the product, the ability to change the templates quickly. It is very thorough as well. Customer portal.

Cons:

Annotations being able to be applied to photos, such as arrows, boxes and circles in a scalable process.

Customer service and industry knowledge being applied to the Risk Warden product, also the ability to creat a bespoke template! makes Risk Warden very dynamic!

Reasons for switching to Risk Warden

GoPad has very poor customer service, their switchboard will answer your call and then all you get is emails, when I want to talk to someone!! Not scalable and hard to give context to a risk rating. The tasks are confusing as the number does correspond to the printed copy to clients, so everyone gets confused.

Ease of use. Custom templates to suit individual customers. One to one support.

Cons:

The system has a tendency to crash at times meaning that work can be lost, this has improved drastically with recent updates.

Very useful management tool for dealing with Fire Risk Assessments

Very good. Support from Risk Warden has been excellent. We only use the basic functions to allocate actions and record notes on assessments but this seems to work very well.

Pros:

The fact that our Risk Assessments are uploaded as live documents with the ability to allocate actions and add notes as tasks are completed. It creates a very good audit trail to evidence how risks are being managed and compliance is being dealt with.

Cons:

We're just using it as a stand alone product and not really linking it in with other software in the organisation.

I find the system very easy to use. The thing I like best is the fact that I can delegate tasks to individuals and then run reports on their completion
