Event Catalyst est un logiciel de gestion d'événements, totalement adaptable à nos besoins. De la communication pré-évenementielle, à l'organisation le jour J, aux récapitulatifs post-événement : tout est mis en place en focntion des besoins définis. Les informations sont en temps réel, l'accompagnement par le support très réactif : bref on a une vraie qualité de travail!

Cons:

Attention, une fois adopté, impossible de s'en passer!

J'ai utilisé Event Catalyst pendant 20 ans, en mode réduit ou total, en mono-langue, Bilingue (Anglais / Français mais aussi Anglais / Russe) ou Trilingue (là c'était super fun Anglais / Espagnol / Portugais) et je n'ai jamais voulu changer de fournisseur. Quand vous avez un produit qui fonctionne pourquoi changer?

Pros:

L'application est tout à votre image, et suit vos idées ainsi que vos besoins. Flexibilité maximum, ce que vous dessinez sur un coin de table apparait ensuite à votre écran avec toutes les fonctionnalités dont vous avez besoin.

Cons:

J'ai beau réfléchir, moi qui utilisais la plateforme depuis 20 ans, avec un service technique présent H24 7j/7 je n'ai jamais été confrontée à un soucis majeur, les petites interférences possibles étant gérées quasiment à la minute où elles sont découvertes.
