About EasySignup

EasySignup is a cloud-based signup system that helps users register guests for events, seminars and conferences. It helps users handle administrative work and identify overbookings, recover lost information and remove copy-paste errors.

The solution allows users to configure event signup pages with basic company information. Users can also customize the signup page and invitation emails with company logos and colors.

EasySignup provides automatic notifications to users through email when an attendee signs up or cancels their attendance. Attendees can share events on their social media profiles after signing up. The solution allows users to export attendee lists in Excel format. EasySignup also supports multiple languages and currencies.

Pricing is based either per attendee or on a monthly basis. Support is offered through an knowledge base and via email.

Pros:

We use it in our employee assosiation for creating events and one of the main benefits is the ease of creating an event. Especially the handling of payments is great, if for instance an employee can't attend the event I can just remove him/her from the event list and they won't be charged for that event.

Cons:

The user experience could be better. At first glance it seemed a bit confusing how to use it. Luckily the people behind the product made some great video tutorials.

Pros:

Easy to use. When signups come in, I don't have to check everything all the time, they can fill out all the information I need for the conference. Different prices, different lectures, lunch or not, it's all in there.

Cons:

Can be difficult to find a specific setting - but I doubt it can be made more intutive than it already is.

For user, who will sign up for an event, EasySignup is very easy to use. For use managing the event we can tailor made it are getting very useful information and statistics out. Very fast and good support.

Cons:

Not really any....... Maybe as a first time administrator it can be a little difficult to understand all the functionalities. It cover my needs.

Its easy to set up and configure to your event, And the system funktions very well with registration, control and the booking.

Cons:

Its very difficult to find negative or bad things about this programme. So far we have not discovered any misfunctions.

EasySignup helps us manage our meetings and seminars. Setting up new events is a breeze, and the system handles everything from bookings, cancellations and payments, to printing name tags and communicating with participants. The interface is attractive, and integrates well with our website and social media platforms.

Cons:

The user interface is a bit formal, and the customizing options few - but I guess that reflects the limits of our budget rather than of the system itself.

Easy to use. It only takes a very short time to create a new event, and then the system makes the rest of the work.

Cons:

At this moment I think most of the odd things from ealier versions are gone, so I have to say, I lige everything.

The system is very easy to use for the administrator, and it's simply to plan an event. We had great feedback from our customers, which found it easy to use.

Cons:

I don't really have any cons, because it's very usefull, easy to use, and as an admin. you get all the support you need, as well as relevant news from time to time by e-mail.
