About TEAM

TEAM is a cloud-based solution designed to help businesses of all sizes manage registration and appointment scheduling processes across events. The platform offers a MatchMaker module, which enables attendees to prioritize appointment requests based on the availability of slots.

It allows administrators to collect and centralize information including booth sizes, the number of attendees, hotel reservations, and activities. Businesses can utilize the centralized dashboard to check-in from on-sites, connect with attendees, conduct surveys to collect demographics and share membership invoices. Additionally, TEAM lets managers build custom mobile applications to check-in through QR codes, access floor plans, schedule custom notifications and communicate across business contacts.

Using TEAM, employees can manage subscriptions, meetings, contact information, committees and more across memberships. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone and other online measures.

TEAM software will set you apart from your competition.

The customer support is exceptional. There is no need to put in a "ticket" if you have an issue or a question. You just email them and you get a response immediately.

Pros:

I love this software and how easy it is to use! We switched from Mas90 (which I liked as well) to Team but this has so many more easy features you can enjoy that make your life easier!!

Cons:

There are a couple things I dislike, how confusing it can be at first and how much you have to learn.. but once you learn it, its amazing and makes it easier for you.
