Clinked is a powerful cloud-based portal software that provides an efficient platform for businesses to collaborate, manage projects and share files. Its bank-grade security, user-friendly interface and robust features make it an ideal tool for teams looking to streamline their workflow.

SECURITY

Clinked takes data security very seriously and has taken several measures to ensure that its users' information is always safe. One such measure is its ISO 27001 certification, which provides an internationally recognized standard for information security management systems.

In addition to this certification, Clinked uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host its data centers for public cloud solutions. AWS is itself ISO 27001, SAS70, and PCI certified, as well as HIPAA compliant, and meets US federal government customer requirements by being FISMA and FIPs certified.

Additionally, with 256-bit SSL encryption, TLS 1.2 standards, SSO, controlled logins, and SAS70 and PCI certifications, Clinked ensures that user content is always secure.

Pros:

Love that I have consolidated multiple tools into one dynamic platform for client confidence, communication, and security.

Cons:

I was hoping to have an email aggregate integrated into the platform, but they are designed to replace emails as critical communication. This platform becomes your all-in-one communication hub, so emails will slowly hold less importance.

Reasons for switching to Clinked

We went to Clickup as our project management and bookkeeping activity manager and needed a portal to match up to it. Clicked allows for a white-label version to unify the portal with our brand.

Pros:

Clinked has improved our productivity with workspaces for our project. We share documents and track everything related to the projects easily. It’s also easier to stay up-to-date thanks to the notifications and the mobile app. Our communication has been improved greatly since the set up of our Clinked portal.

Cons:

We would like to have a bit more flexibility for the personalization of our dashboard.

Clinked offers a powerful client portal solution at a fraction of the cost of traditional virtual data rooms (VDRs). It provides all the essential features we need for secure file sharing, project management, and communication. We especially appreciate the user-friendly interface that makes it easy for both internal teams and external clients to navigate. Clinked is a budget-friendly option that delivers excellent value for businesses of all sizes.

There is nothing I did not like about Clinked.

Pros:

While Clinked is used by the whole team, I’d like to share my perspective as a QA Tester. I like Clinked because I rely on this platform to organise my workflows. Currently, I’m handling several test cases and I get to keep every data and test result in the same place and share everything I want with clients. It’s the easiest and the most secure way I’ve ever tried.

Cons:

More integration options would be nice.

As a freelance virtual assistant, I always aim to provide top quality work to my clients. That’s why I chose Clinked to be my platform to use with my clients. The branding and customisation options are top notch and my portal looks professional. It’s not only the looks, the project management tools and client communication is amazing. I can provide real time updates and receive real time feedback. Mobile application makes it super easy to communicate with my clients on the go. Clinked has everything I need.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I need that Clinked can’t provide. If anything happens, I receive prompt support from the Client Support team.

Pros:

It’s so useful to have only one platform for everything we need. We use Clinked for not only our project management needs, i. E, collaboration and tracking of our progress or client communication, but also for privacy. It has a bank level security and we can trust it with our sensitive files as it has an amazing file sharing system. We also use it for internal communication. It has amazing branding and customization options, which helps us keep our dashboards neat and offer clients the same.

Cons:

We like Clinked overall. At first it seems a bit hard to get used to, but it’s actually quite user-friendly.

Exceptional Support
